Solomon and Norma Quispe Montes, along with their daughter Cescia, serve as a dedicated family on the Eyes of Grace Peru team. Their deep love for God and heart for ministry are evident in the many ways they serve across the country.

Solomon and Norma met and married through their local church in Lima, where they spent over 12 years serving in youth ministry. Early in his ministry, Solomon began using his gift of language to interpret for visiting mission teams—helping to bridge cultures and advance the Gospel. Inspired by this, Norma also began learning English so she could actively serve alongside him in the field.

Together, Solomon and Norma now help coordinate and lead mission teams across Peru, supporting outreach efforts in both urban and remote communities. Their daughter, Cescia, is growing up immersed in ministry life and is already developing a heart for serving others.
